Thermaphase is very easy to use. At room temperature it is dry-to-the-touch, flexible, won't rub off on your fingers. It is easy to handle without damaging the thermal coating.

Thermaphase does not run out from gaps between component and heat sink. It contains no silicone grease and will not migrate or contaminate adjacent surfaces.

Thermaphase has no difficult to remove release liners.

It has an infinite storage life.

It is easy to clean up, either in the molten state, or in the solid state. In the solid state it can be dissolved with common solvents such as Xylene.

Thermaphase does not require large closure forces. The very low thermal resistance is obtained at only a few pounds per square inch.

Since Thermaphase requires only very low closure forces, it is feasible to use clips rather than screws or bolts. Clips provide constant closure force on the component.

Thermaphase can be melted, resolidified, remelted an infinite number of times.

When screen printing with Thermaphase, no screen clean-up is required because the material can be remelted at any time to continue printing.

Thermaphase is non-toxic. It contains only ingredients which are FDA approved as food ingredients, for food contact, or approved for use in cosmetics.

Thermaphase is UL approved and has a 94-0 flame classification.
